Free Advice - Money saving tips for printing
How much do you print? How much do you pay per page? Two simple questions but when you do some basic calculations you can quickly find many businesses pay around 6 or 7 pence per page which can soon add up.
Below is a list of free tips that could help your business reduce your printing costs:
- Share printers between multiple people
- Print double sided (duplex)
- Print multiple pages per side
- Ignore the ink level message - at least for a while
- Buy recycled paper
- Recycle your used paper
Think before replacing inks - sometimes the best option is not to buy that new set of inks for the printer. Find out about Solid ink printing from Xerox - a lower cost alternative to colour laser printers.

User-friendly web development is a hit
Having decided to re-launch our staff canteen as a public restaurant and take-away, we needed to embark on a program of marketing it to the local business community. Clearly this included web site development. Viper Web Design did a first class job in building a site that is graphically attractive whilst straight forward to navigate.
With the Content Management System and excellent documentation the site is also very easy to update, significantly reducing ongoing maintenance costs. The design and set up fees from Viper were also extremely competitive.
