Delivery Policy
As an IT solutions provider, most of our orders are delivered by a member of our staff whilst completing a service at your office or place of work.
Orders that are not related to a service or solution we are delivery are delivered by one of the following methods. If you wish to upgrade your delivery option please tell us at time of order.
Delivery options
- Viper IT staff - FREE
- Delivered in 1 - 3 working days, suitable for most custom orders within 25 miles of our office. Availability: UK mainland only - trackable.
- Royal Mail Standard - FREE
- Delivered in 3 to 5 days, only suitable for small, light weight, low value orders. Availability: UK mainland only.
- Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded - £5.99
- Delivered in 1 to 2 days, suitable for small, light weight orders that are under £32.00. Availability: UK mainland only.
- Next Day Courier - £9.99
- Delivered in 1 working day, suitable for most purchases medium size or orders under £150.00. Availability: UK mainland only - trackable.
- Saturday Courier - £15.99
- Delivered the following Saturday, suitable for most purchases medium size or orders under £150.00. Availability: UK mainland only - trackable.
Delivery times are usually Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) 7am - 5.30pm. Saturday deliveries are usually made between 7am - 12pm.
Next day delivery is available on all orders where the following criteria have been meet:
- The order is placed before the specified cut off time (3pm) and all security checks have been completed
- All items on the order are in stock and available for delivery
- Cleared funds, a purchase order or another payment method (including putting it on your account) have been received in full for the order total
- Delivery is to a UK mainland address
- Applies to next working day, exludes bank holidays and Sundays
High value order delivery options
Orders valued at over £150.00 may incur additional "insurance" costs as parting of the order delivery costs. This is an additional item that you will need to specify at time of order. The additional costs for this service is £10.00 on top of the delivery service you requested
Heavy order items
If you order heavy items you maybe automatically upgraded to a courier service due to weight restrictions - please check when placing an order.

If you wish to track an order please call us and we will be able to supply you tracking details if your order has been sent via a trackable delivery option.
